I really liked Ms Joke's asethetic, I hope we get to see her again one day maybe hmmmm

Emi Fukukado also known as Ms. Joke. Whenever she is around Mr. Aizawa she tries to of course joke with him, much to his dismay. She is a very outgoing person which matches well with her quirk which is Outburst.  Outburst causes a blue aura to surround her and also causes the opposing party to burst out into a very intense laughter. It also causes the opponents cognitive and motor functions to slow down greatly which is good for capturing villains. The down side is that since it is a passive quirk she would need someone else with her to actually fight if needed.  Other information about the limits and duration of her quirk are unknown. ( I looked for quite a long time for the original artist and was led to broken links, suspicious websites, and amino apps, or instagram accounts that don't have the artist linked either.) If this is your artwork please let me know so I can give proper credit or take it down.
