This episode was mostly just learning about cakes with a fight scene at the end, so while decent enough id usually only give it a 3.

Also, this liveblog may be significatnly shorter than usual because a good part of this episode is spend explaining how cakes are made. Its cool that a childrens show also takes some time to educate, but its not really something i can comment on too much. ^^
