Just finished Day 2 of @jessicasmithtv #MFPFALLCHALLENGE I really enjoy Jessica Smith and the flexibility her workouts provide. She is easy to follow and the alternative movements make the workouts enjoyable. I also appreciate that she works the whole time. That means she's sweating, breathing heavy, and loses her balance. She is also constantly reminding me to check my form and pay attention to how my body feels during the workout. Lots of fitness videos do this, but what keeps me coming back is the wide variety of workouts and alternatives to make them either easier or more challenging. After I'm done with this challenge, I think I'm gonna check out her 5 day Yoga challenge! (at Galleria Park Apartments)
