Cardio is probably my least favorite day. So to make it more interesting I play “beat the clock” with myself. At this point I know the moves and the pattern, so each week I record my time to see how quickly I can complete the workout. Week 1 it was 33 minutes, week 2 it was 31, and this week it was 27. Progress doesn’t have to be measured by the scale. There is progress in your endurance, speed, and strength. Further, you don’t always have to be competing against others.
