diversity in design history

today i wanted to start looking for potential interviewees for my next comm. design studies project, and just thought this search page was worth posting re. my last posts + discussion of representation in design history from yesterday.

noticing the complete lack of diversity here is definitely something that takes practise and a keen awareness of or interest in social justice, but once you can easily recognise it, it stings. 

when will we stop erasing women and people of colour from history??  and how can we find them to celebrate their works when we are met with constant rejection even in the foundations of the industry?
