Because of collisions between materials in space such as colliding moons and planets or material clusters ejected from white holes and nebula it is also known to be common that meteorites and comets are often composed largely of frozen ices, this is often due to their gasious and physical materials becoming frozen as they travel across the cold vacuum of space, this also means that planets can become seeded or infused by water via a form of panspermia caused by collision with large meteorites or clusters of small ones.
