Gosh, looks like I've #fractured my second (again?) and third #metatarsals. #NoBueno. I've got a little #recovery time to look forward to. During which I, with the help of a #physicaltherapist, will investigate my propensity for #injury. A wise man once told me, "...gotta be fit to run."
