I've been gifing a little, and I happened to stumble upon this particular moment. I'm afraid I'm over-analysing and probably destroying a perfect moment, but here goes..

Phyllis just finishes saying 'I thought you'd never ask' when there's a cut and we catch a glimpse of Jim's face - but looking at Phyllis from behind, it seems as if she is still speaking (like it's another take and they omitted the audio). Jim's reaction seems timed with that and not the line we actually saw being uttered, even the brows!
