This Summer Seafood Boil is a classic coastal feast that brings together a variety of fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables. Perfect for hosting a gathering with friends and family, it's a deliciously messy and fun way to enjoy the flavors of the sea.
Ingredients: 4 pounds large shrimp, shell-on. 2 pounds crawfish. 2 pounds clams. 2 pounds mussels. 2 pounds red potatoes, halved. 4 ears of corn, shucked and halved. 2 lemons, quartered. 1 cup Old Bay seasoning. 1/2 cup butter, melted. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Bring water to a boil in a big pot. Season with Old Bay and add the potatoes. Let it cook for 10 minutes. After you add the corn, cook for five more minutes. Put in some mussels, clams, and crawfish. Bring it to a boil. After you add the shrimp, cook for three to five minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked. After draining the seafood and vegetables, put them on a big platter to serve. Melt the butter and mix it with the chopped parsley in a small bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the vegetables and seafood. Enjoy it with lemon wedges.
