This was my first ever verson of it, and wow it was generic. We got the biggest one, Tarron, which was 'generic european fantasy' nation. 'Hyon-Se' was that awful stereotypical 'parts of Japanese, Chinese and Korean culture just rolled into one' place some western writers make when they're young. Venduki was basically just all the coldest places on earth rolled into one?? Nareem was 'the desert nation' but somehow higher up than Tarron (with a central european climate) and Celestine, which was my 'basically Greece' place. Then Adish (I just stole the word after watching that movie 'The Breadwinner' for the first time) was some weird mix between literal hell and a version of the underworld I'd read about in a Chinese webtoon once. Eltar was somehow like-- kinda inspired by the blue avatar movies? Or more like, the IDEA of them? I never watched them

And I literally never figured out what to do with Cirnen. It started out inspired by this one place in the MMORPG 'Guild Wars 2' that I played back in the day, of a country that's built a massive wall to isolate itself from the rest of the world (oh boy that sure aged interestingly) But yeah in future maps I kept having no clue what to do with Cirnen

I added a 2nd continent. I don't remember ANYTHING about this place except that Noix was france and Önapwegstei was Scandinavia. Not many of these places survived

3/10, continent looks more interestingly shaped, and I just can't remember enough about it that was bad enough for a worse rating. But also such a nothing-burger

Here we see the map take on the basic proportions that it's more or less gonna keep for the rest of its existence, just some minor additions here and there in the future.

I kept the countries I thought were most interesting, and added a few.

'Onaprige' is a renamed Önapwegstei. And 'Ul' is...denmark. Basically. And I wanted Onaprige and Ul to have a rivalry just like how Sweden and Denmark do irl

'Nahar' was inspired by some very vague details I knew about Indian culture, and was also quite inspired by Venice back when it was a merchant republic.

Bahn Le was based around some tiny cultural facts I learned about Indonesi in this one otome called 'Nusantara'

I do not remember what the heck I planned with Duhena.

But Ta'il and Joronha are two of the more developed countries in my more recent versions of the map

Also added Myrgjoll. Um...based on a suuuuuuper fanfic-y Three Houses OC that was from this one small island north of Alliance territory that I, in my backstory for her, wrote was recently annexed.
