My opinion on puppeteer pt. 2
Aka I defend the embrassing scene like a high school debate team.
The good it could bring...it could help lessen her crush a bit to a healthier level and maybe try to get to know Adrien the person..not Adrien the model.
Also if Marinette is more comfortable with Adrien it might bring out her " Ladybug mode". out. Just like Adrien let out his cat noir side while questioning Mari during troublemaker.
Causing him to maybe either connect the dots or to develop a small crush on her.
We all know Adrien as a small crush on Mari if he doesn't realize it yet. The denial is strong in this boy.
He tries his best to make her smile even showing her a bit of cat noir in Puppeteer pt. 2 like I usually don't care or seem indifferent if a co-worker or classmate dislikes me. I don't go through a effort to make them smile like that. ( Sure he did it horribly Marinette isn't the only one who embarrassed herself in this episode Adrien did too)
- She's just a good friend - this line is usually used in sitcoms or romance stories to imply that they are denying a crush or deeper connection because Adrien likes Ladybug and will deny another crush. (As much as we cringe at this is a good thing.)
- He smiled at her blushing while she wasn't looking. And smiled when they sat together but sulked with Lila sat with him.
- he asks if just Marinette and him could go back to the rink in Frozier and looks upset when she mentioned bringing other people.
- they have matching bracelets ( yes friends do this too but couples often match. I also want you to consider the colors of the beeds.
- Adrien's lucky charm - pink like her favorite color, green like his eyes or catnoir, red for ladybug, and it is held together with a red string.
Marinette's Lucky charm - blue like her eyes, Yellow for his hair.( Yet again held by a red string)
- He didn't mind Kissing her for the flim even pulling her closer (the only reason I think he pulled away in Puppeteer pt 2 is because it was unexpected and took him off guard)
- His freaking smile when she kissed his cheek during heroes day
- he Gushed about her to Kagami
-During the fencing match in season 1 when Marinette got excited to touch him he laughed.
-He seemed upset when Marinette wasn't going to be in a photoshoot with her in stormy weather.
-How he danced with her in Despair bear is Definitely how I won't dance with a friend
