He’s not blind, that’s just how his eyes a r e- the spots with colour are normally brown in the light (except for on his freckles because that’s sort of a glow blush thing I dunno man in light he has a normal pink blush) they glow the greenish colour when he’s in the dark because he can and hes bio-luminescent. but his normal colours are grey and brown. He's a big trickster who loves scaring unsuspecting elsens half to god damn death I made him freckle-y because I could. His hair is done like that because he tried to cut it himself and then put some of it in an attempted bun. Someone help him do his hair it’s even cut un-evenly. He’s got scars. On his shoulder from lord knows what, and a bite on his arm and tail from getting into fights- The tie on his arm is actually from an Elsen who fainted when he scared them once, he took it just to cause more chaos. He prefers to stay deeeeeeeeeep down in the ocean where it's hard to see, only surfacing to cause trouble or get food. Don't touch the bulb thing attached to his head or he'll eat your hand with no regrets.
