Haven't done this all year. It's necessary and due time. As grown folk say, "Gotta get my house in order." Honestly, this is the least motivated, creative, healthy and free I've felt in a long time and it's not okay. This has been the case for about 2 months, and it's not okay. Initially, I was just taking a break from focusing on my focus. A few days turned into weeks turned into months, and is not okay. As of 12 A.M., I will be unplugging.  It is self-care. As I stated before, sometimes,  we don't realize the effects of having too much access to the world and the world having too much of an influence on us. I need deeper access, connection, and understanding of the me that is emerging. I feel her presence, but i need to meet,learn, and nurture her. I urge and encourage you to unplug,  with me.
