I think I'm going to start reading my Bible again. I never have found a church up here, so I'm kinda on my own. It seems like the churches here are more evangelical than I prefer. I like a laid back church. I also just have questions about the whole organized religion thing, I guess. I believe in the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. I just don't believe that Christians can call themselves Christians and then be rude, mean, or not lift their fellow man (with even smiles and nice gestures).
Anyway, I was watching melmphs (who is funny and awesome and makes me miss living in the South!) on YouTube, and she talked about a chronological Bible (which this preacher's kid had never heard of). I found a 61 day thing where it gives you Bible chapters to read. Since I printed it out, I think it will help me to make check marks next to the ones I read. Hopefully, I'll make it through the 61 days and pick up the habit of reading (at least a chapter or something) it daily.
I've got a busy few months ahead of me, but I'm still gonna try.
