Slow start... . . . I wanted to try and carry on catching up at the Barre today, but I feel I may have jumped back in too quickly after my bug with the idea of not being too far behind . . . Full Body Blend was great on Thursday but yesterday I did Booty and though I enjoyed it, it felt off. And I’ve been quite shattered since . . . Luckily my 3yo (is she really that young) knows my limits more than me and agreed to a chill this morning rather than the usual hectic start to the day . . .
