Melanites designs diverse toys, storybooks, and games that celebrate Brown Boyhood!

We are introducing the first line of boy dolls of color! Our Action Pals combine the emotional appeal of a doll and the articulation of an action figure. Representation is the cornerstone of each Pal and are designed with diverse skin tones, facial features, and hairs types.

Melanites Action Pals are based on four characters who are nine year old boys with different personalities. They represent the “Thinker, Doer, Maker, and Performer” in all of us. Our accompanying storybooks and games follow the crew as they go on different adventures that highlight S.T.E.M. and the importance of staying true to yourself.

We need your help!  In order to make Melanites a reality, we need to raise $20,000

a dark brown to black pigment occurring in the hair, skin, and iris of the eye in people and animals. It is responsible for tanning of skin exposed to sunlight.

This is how white supremacy uses the dictionary to keep society intentionally misinformed. If Melanin’s primary purpose was simply for tanning of the skin exposed to sunlight.  Then how is it that black and brown babies like myself were born with deeply tanned skin? Melanin’s primary function in white people is tanning of the skin exposed to sunlight. Dassit, and they still need help. Because tanning is or was primarily a white past time. It’s a 2.6 billion dollar a year industry.  So it’s a safe bet their primary demographic is white.  Melanin sells for $407 per gram! Per gram people! They literally pay people to extract the melanin out of their skin. If melanin was simply for the tanning of exposed skin, why would they go to such extremes? Why is it so valuable that they’re harvesting it?  Because it’s more than tanning of the skin. White people use natural melanin for many reasons. Natural melanin, not melanin created in a lab.  Where do you think they get that natural melanin? Now think of all the missing black persons in America that make up nearly 40% of all missing persons in the country.  Think about how black people, black women especially, have been medical guinea pigs. Unwillingly, inhumanely, and sometimes unknowingly. From the medical plantations to Henrietta Lacks, to the Tuskegee Airmen, to the treatment of blacks in the medical industry today. They used to kill us for our skin and wear it as leather.  So, Melanin isn’t just for tanning, melanin is produced in the pineal gland via melatonin. Don’t let anyone tell you that the Pineal gland, Melatonin and Melanin are not related! They are. White people have a calcified pineal gland. Hence their very low production levels of the pigment. Let me tell you what white people already know.  Black don’t crack, because melanin is the fountain of youth.  Watch the video, The sun is about to show you what I just told you.
