Draco works at Madam Malkin's, the shop is now handled by her granddaughter.

Harry is an auror. he comes at Madam Malkin's to get a new gala outfit made. and fashionist (?) Draco who is responsible to tailor one for him.

they get bonded somehow in a way that every time Draco takes Harry’s name, Harry gets summoned. They are both unaware of it until the last chapter or so.

i remember a scene where Madam Malkin's get raided by aurors late at night upon anonymous tip and they thrash the place. Draco and his slytherin friends are present and are lowkey humiliated. Harry then proceeds to quit his job(?) cause he realises how biased aurors are.

Then later in the fic Madam Malkin also dies, and a funeral is held where Harry comes bare-footed cause Draco took his name.

also a scene where Draco uses a stain removing potion on the muggle clothing, in his back shop, in front of Harry. Harry understands that Draco is changed but this very incident comes to bite Draco in the ass. cause they false accuse him of breaking Statute of Secrecy, which he did not.

i read this last year and i have been trying to find it ever since. it has a happy ending. i do not know if it is deleted, removed or what happened.
