It had felt like forever since Mir and Mei hung out, though in reality it hadn’t been that long. Between Mei’s responsibilities with the temple and her suddenly spending more time with her crush though, Mir was convinced they’d never have time together anymore. Luckily, the girls were able to hang out tonight after Mir got off of work, both sitting at the edge of Mir’s bed as she looked for music to put on as background noise. Meanwhile, Mei was telling them about her recent updates with Slightly. Mir tried their best to hide their slight annoyance; she loved Mei and was happy for her, and she did think Slightly was cool! but her crush seemed to be a frequent topic of conversation lately. They decided to shuffle their playlist and let fate decide what they listen to instead of scrolling endlessly. “So things still seem pretty normal, yeah? You haven’t tried to like, make a move?” She teased, a smile forming as they nudged Mei. “You’re not letting your panda hold you back, are you? ‘Cause you know we’ve all told you, everyone loves you for you, so don’t even worry about that!” @pandaameii
