This is probably beating a dead horse, but I still love how Ruby and Penny take down the Megoliath in V7. Rather than continuing to try to overpower it, they work together to turn it's strength against it; Penny holds the Grimm down with her laser and burns one of its tusks, which Ruby chops off completely. Then, Ruby uses Crescent Rose to trip the Megoliath, flipping its on its back. While it's falling, Penny props up the tusk and so that it stabs the Megoliath. It's an awesome display of power and technique.
