So there's this guy named Evan Buckley… I don't know if you've heard of him.
2) I will always order this food
Not so much a food, but if I go to a place that serves fresh juices or smoothies, I'm getting one. Green juice is my favorite.
3) Overused emoji
😂 for sure. (All of my sentences are punctuated with 😂 or lol or perhaps lmao. That's how you know I'm a millennial.)
4) Current favourite show/movie/book?
Wee woo wee woo wee woo.
5) Song on repeat.
I tend to get hyper-fixated on specific songs and replay them over and over for days to weeks depending on my mood. Currently it's "Not" by Big Thief. Before that was "That's All" by Genesis.
6) Last thing you hyper fixated on?
My previous fandom was Supernatural, and that obsession lasted for ages. I watched the show live from seasons 2-13ish. Caught up with the last couple of seasons and briefly dabbled with the fandom again around 2022/2023, which is ultimately how I ended up back on Tumblr and found 9-1-1.
Other than fandoms and shows, I tend to get really into playing specific video games or video game series for bursts. Last year, I (re)played and platinumed Final Fantasy 1-10, which was a lot of fun.
7) Oddly specific thing that brings you joy?
The sound of coffee beans going through my grinder in the morning, while awful to listen to, invokes a Pavlovian response of joy in me. I'm also into taking baths with Epsom salt (I know it does nothing; let me pretend).
8) Phone wallpaper
I am super boring with my phone wallpaper and just use the pre-installed OS options. Right now, it's an abstract green background.
9) What smell makes you happy?
I am a greedy glutton when it comes to scents and enjoy everything from food to candles to body products (much to the annoyance of my husband, who hates anything strongly scented). Riffing on Margo's answer here a bit: my daily driver perfume is soft, a tad sweet/vanilla-y, with floral top notes.
10) Morning, night, or other type of person?
Once upon a time, I was a morning person. Now I never sleep, so insert butterfly guy meme, "Is this a night owl?"
11) What’s your work/profession?
I am a Technical Proposal Manager for an IT consulting firm focusing on Business-to-Government (B2G) sales. Yes, it's every bit as exciting as it sounds.
