Ti-ti-ti-tin-head In those times you lost gave you more than you got out

Haven’t posted anything like this on here, but during my lazy Monday morning, I decided to watch some Pokémon videos on YouTube and saw many mega-evolution which inspired me to want to voice my opinions on the ones I’d like to see. ^.^

I can’t complain too much with what we have already, some of my most favorite pokes have gotten megas. Gyarados, Tyranitar, Gengar, and Steelix. But still there’s more I’d love to see. Some ideas are my own. Some were stolen from vids I watched but I love the idea. Anywhoozle! Enough rambling! To the megas!

● Jynx This is one I’ve wanted to see since I first heard about mega evolution. I always kinda lumped her in with Electabuzz and Magmar. Who have both gotten some pretty cool evolutions. Yet Jynx did not. I like her Psychic/Ice typing. Along with her trollish appearance and moves. But she’s kinda forgotten other than memesake, and I’d like to see her get an awesome mega. Most people want to see her look prettier. But I’d like to see her get scarier. >:3

● Milotic One of my favorite pokemon and very disappointed and surprised it didn’t get a mega in ORAS. I just think with the rarity of catching a Feebas in the game, along with how you evolve it, just would make such a beautiful and majestic mega. I’ve always considered it to be the calm and peaceful counterpart to Gyarados. So I think it’d be nifty if it got an added Fairy typing or Psychic typing in it’s mega evolution, like Gyarados gets Dark.

● Rapidash I got this one from YouTuber AlmightyMandals bc he’s right. FLAMING. PEGASUS. It would be gorgeous, and personally I think it could use a little more attention these days. Now he suggested it gets the dual type flying. I do like that idea but I don’t find it necessary since we have Talonflame and all. I did also consider Fairy typing. I just see unicorns and pegasus(es?) in that same sort of genre. Plus there isn’t a fire/fairy type yet. Which would be cool to have some strengths vs. steel but not be too OP bc of the fire weaknesses.

● Raichu With all the love for Pikachu, I expected Pikachu or Raichu to get a mega, but it didn’t happen. I’d just like to see more electric megas in general. But Raichu is probably the top of my list of them. Or Lanturn. ♡

● Sinnoh Starters While I really get excited thinking about all the starters eventually getting mega forms.. and heck, Johto is my favorite region so you’d think they’d be the ones I want to see get them most. But nope. SINNOH. Their typings. The way they look. Oh god I get so pumped just thinking about a Mega Empoleon, Mega Infernape, and Mega Torterra. All of these would just look SO. BAD. ASS. You know it!

● Eevee Bc EEVEELUTIONS. As if we didn’t already have too many choices to choose from when it comes to this ball of cuteness! I love the idea of Eevee getting a megaevolution if you don’t evolve it. And a more offensive one at that. With Umbreon, Espeon, Vaporeon, and Sylveon dominating supportive roles in the competitive world of pokemon.. I think it’d be nice to have another offensive Eevee to even things up 4v4 next to Jolteon, Flareon, and Leafeon. (Even though poor Flareon is kinda left behind. But like I said. More reason for offensive mega Eevee!)

● Flygon The community has spoken on this one enough in which I should not even have to explain the thought process behind this.

● Girafarig Another stand-alone pokemon that I don’t feel really gets enough attention. It’s always been one of my favorite designs but just kinda left it behind bc as far as I know, there’s nothing too amazing about it. But when I think of a Mega I imagine the tail to get more detailed, almost like a full half-body of its own and doing a Psychic/Dark and/or Ghost typing.

● Ditto Call me crazy. Idc. But I like the idea of if you have Ditto transform into a pokemon, like Charizard, even if the opponent’s Charizard isn’t mega-evolved, if you then Mega your Ditto, it would mega into Mega Charizard. If that makes sense. Of course that would make his mega only work for pokes that have mega evolutions, but I think it’d be nifty. And if they really wanted to add silly pointless things, if you tried to mega evolve a ditto before it transforms, it just turns into a bigger blob of pink. Or try to mega evolve a transformed ditto that doesn’t have a mega evolution, it simply gets the derpy ditto face. Haha. Idk. I like humorous/troll pokemon if you can’t tell.

And that’s where I think I can stop for now. I’ve said enough to get my fix out. I’ll drop some honorable mentions below that maybe I’ll explain another time.
