One of our all time new favorite restaurants in PDX land.  Thanks John Gorham for doing it up right again!  Mediterranean Exploration Company, aka MEC, serves mediterranean fare, but with with exquisite flair.  The menu items are meant to be shared, and you can start off light and work your way up to the big time kabobs.  Did I mention amazing cocktails, oh yes, they have them!  Lovely wine list, bottles or glasses, yes!!!  These sweet carrots are roasted and are made better by harissa, tarragon and yogurt.  We have been there four times now and have almost tried everything on the menu.  Everything has been fantastic!  Go straight away and enjoy @MECpdx I am sure that you will!
