2-Hour College Meal Prep
Heyoo now that I’m back in an apartment with a usable kitchen I thought I’d start doing recipe posts! A little bit about how I cook for college: traditional meal prep just doesn’t work for me (I don’t like restricting myself to eating the exact same thing multiple days in a row). What I do instead is cook a bunch of things that can then be made into different meals. I store them separately so I can just throw items together throughout the week. I have limited time, cookware, and kitchen space, so I also tend to only use a few pieces of equipment and cook everything at the same time.
Here’s what I just made for my first week of class. You can make a week’s worth of several different meals in about 2 hours!
