So they inform him that Tony and Ziva have been evading police, and that their safe houses have been raided, etc. McGee and Vance share a look. And THATS it on the mothership.

Later, Claudette is doing her best with the tech, when Boris says he received an interesting encoded email from somebody named NutterButter3000. “He must be good. He hacked ME.” Tony and Ziva grin at each other. They know exactly who it is. “And what exactly did this genius say?” Tony asks.

“Rules 14, 15, & 28, and then some intel on Martine, Henry, and Jonah. Who is this guy?!”

Tony laughs and fist pumps. “He’s Jumping Jack Flash! He’s the Net! He’s…”
