thinking about how every druck couple fell in love differently but it works so well for each respective couple.
(didn't watch one or two so can't speak on their behalf. season five, i watched quite a bit but stopped so this is just how i perceived it from what i DID see.)
season 3 — free-falling, intoxicating, consuming. they fell fast and were whipped from the first glance. just the idea of being loved by matteo was enough to keep david from fleeing.
season 4 — quick but cautious. they obviously felt something even at the first glance but they were careful until it was certain that it was meant to be.
season 5 — cautious but also dangerous. nora didn't want to let anyone else in her bubble but josh was willing to let himself be hurt if it meant being in her life. as time progressed it became less dangerous and more comfortable. the home that nora never had.
season 6 — slowly but wholly. it's clear they had feelings for each other before season six even started but it was slow, not quite calculated but hesitant. fatou fell for the ice queen persona and kieu my was scared that's all fatou wanted. once the layers slowly began to peel back, it was clear that it wasn't ice queen kieu my that fatou fell for.
