We spend a lot of time (morning till evening) with our midwife at her place, and they gave me access to their speaker to put on music. Kinda describes my character too so for many years i kinda had an obsession with bears and with the help from the artist @karan__sarin at @oldrulestattoo i got this piece on my arm and is still the only one on my body. #maywedance by @vegan.loner.rebel Day 26 : ever met someone famous? I’ve been very lucky to grow up in an area of Belgium where we actually had a scene. We had hardcore, punkrock, alternative. And growing up a lot of them became friends or just people you know. Some of them even became friends, like @slowcrushband . Some of them i even look up to for their ethics and positivity (@olemans of @circle_rocks / @loudlovepunk fame). But to circle back to the actual post, i met a fair share of famous people but this was a fun one. In 2008 my buddy @y_schepmans and i flew to ny/nj for #bamboozle and one of the reasons I said yes was cause this was kind of the first #finchband reunion. So i was super happy. Went to the merchbooth, bought a shirt from Randy and chat with him. Fast forward a week later where we are back in Belgium and it’s the annual #groezrock festival. Who gets added last minute? Right #finch And Randy and @organsinorbit actually kinda recognize me and were like huh?! First nj and now a shithole in Belgium? Good times. #whatitistoburn is a classic.
