What’s interesting to me is like. We as a community are constantly telling Anti (and Sean, lbr) to stop his shenanigans, or saying that we are gonna stop him from hurting the other egos, or Jack himself, but???
When he gave us the opportunity to take away his central power--our attention, or engagement--and nobody took him up on it. Or at least, most of us didn’t.
He’s spent plenty of time giggling and screaming that he’s always there, always watching, that he’s in control here and all we did the last time Jack was in trouble was watch...and we made a meme out of him about it. Because it’s easy to write someone off when they’re making a spectacle of themselves.
Well, he isn’t yelling or screaming now. He gave us the opportunity to prove him wrong, and we couldn’t.
The fact that he’s stopped monologuing to address us directly, to have a conversation, means we’re involved now. We walked right through that door, and it shut and locked behind us.
