So I mentioned this a while back--but I think JACK is the one glitching--not Anti.
In Say Goodbye, jack entered the coma after Anti possesses him and slits his throat.
In Kill Jacksepticeye(KJSE), Schneep fails to bring his friend back, but I think really that was all part of Jacks coma dreams--watching his friend fail over and over--and eventually wind up helpless to the same thing that got Jack seems like exactly the kind of nightmare torture Anti would put Jack through. This is where my theory of Red and Green comes in
The first time we met anti(honestly up until may2018) Anti was green glitches--he had a pattern of glitches and noises that were fairly recognizable. I think that POV is us, viewing Jack’s world. The green has always been a big part of the channel and our main form of access to jack was through video screens and if something went wrong---our view of Jack glitches.
In May, the color palette suddenly shifted from septic green to Bright Red, and in TIE we discover It’s been Chase this whole time. And we hadn’t seen Jack, glitches or Anti(until Dark Silence.)
I view each ego mostly as a part of Jack’s mind--Anti is different than the other egos, but each has a role to play in Jack’s recovery--so systematically Anti needs to get rid of them--starting with jack at the source.
Once “jack” is down, Chase takes the reigns being the most familiar to Jack’s personality.
Anti’s name s literally ANTIsepticeye--the opposite to Jacksepticeye. While Jack is the Green, Anti is the red. Each represents a form of existence and suddenly when Anti slits Jack’s throat Jack is no longer holding his place in the “green existence” so to speak.
The glitches are Jack fighting for control over his body and his state of being--which is why as soon as he’s in a coma and out of the picture there are no glitches--it’s all just red and glitches as we know are gone.
Now this past week has me a bit puzzled, but mostly I think we’re back in Jack’s coma POV, We know Schneep has reclaimed his chair which to me symbolizes a start of a recovery “I know what he did to me” Time is broken so we still don’t know what point we’re viewing anything at. but supposedly Jack does wake up based on that line.
With Schneep back, Jack is conscious enough in his coma to fight back, hence the return of the glitches as Anti’s control slips, this digital demon masquerading as our boy glitches out for a second so we see the real horror happening in Jack’s coma nightmares.
thx for coming to my tedx talk
