he  thought  he  saw  her  before ,  but  he  had  put  it  all  down  to  delusion .   there’s  absolutely  no  chance  it  could  have  been  her .   she  was  dead .    he’d  killed  her  and  left  her  body  to  BURN  on  a  planet  millions  of  miles  away  from  here .   but  here  she  is  again ,   or  at  least  what  looks  to  be  her ,    now  inside  the  same  station  he’s  at  rather  than  outside  in  a  SEA  of  faces ,   and  the  colour  soon  starts  to  drain  out  of  his  face .  keeping  his  head  down ,   he  stands  up  from  the  table  he  was  seated  at  to  try  and  make  it  OUT  of  the  room  before  she  can  notice  he  was  ever  even  in  it  ,  hoping  deep  down  that  this  was  some  kind  of  trick . 

“ IN  THE  REAL  TIME  WORLD ,   no  one  sees  her  at  all .   they  all  say  she’s  crazy , ”  fond  smile  graces  his  lips ,  though  it  doesn’t  fully  ELIMINATE  the  worry  in  his  eyes .   “ i  sure  know . ”    

“ thank  you  for  agreeing  to  meet  with  me . ”   he  says  as  he  stands  up  from  the  table  he’d  been  waiting  at ,   offering  her  a  tight  smile  as  he  pulls  out  the  other  chair  for  her ,  gesturing  for  her  to  sit .    “ did  you  want  a  drink ? ”    he  asks .     “ on  me ,  of  course .   it’s  the  least  i  can  do  for  your  time . ”   nerves  are  already  starting  to  get  the  better  of  him ,   and  he  has  to  do  a  quick  survey  of  the  area  to  ensure  that  cleoina  hadn’t  somehow  followed  her  friend  here  before  he  can  even  attempt  to  calm  himself  down .   realising  that  they’re  safe ,   he  turns  his  attention  back  to  cleoina’s  new  friend ,   sighing  softly  as  he  meets  her  gaze .   “ i’m  sorry  about  this . ”   he  says .  “ i  just  needed  to  know  how  she  is .   really  is   ---   not  just  from  what  she  posts  online  ---  and  i’m  not  in  a  position  where  i  can  contact  her  directly .  ”   

the rebel alliance had been in hiding, knowing how easily the empire could crush their little rebellion. for they had been prepared, choking the galaxies resources for their own gain - not minding those that ached for food or water. more worlds seemed to rise up, slipping between the fingers of an a ever watchful admiral. rumors about a secret weapon within the very alliance. many ignored it, even when such rumors carried the word jedi on their lips. still adan had met his fair share of jedi in his lifetime - begging at his feet before an inquisitor finally ended their miserable existence. a delightful sight, as long as the odds were in the admirals favor. a ploy was needed to see the truth behind rumors, perhaps surviving padawans seeking aid? it had worked before and would work again. the man was many things, if not an optimist. a lone star destroyer had been sent off into neutral space, the admiral having spread the word that young padawans had been captured during a scouting mission. it was a trail no one could ignore, not even the feeble alliance. 

thus, they tried to attack. having realized too late that all of this was a mere trap, to get a hold of any information regarding the true jedi hiding with the rebels. black boots began to circle the woman, strangely enough - this one seemed awfully calm for being captured. ‘’ you rebels are truly predictable. reaching out to help. although all you have heard are mere rumors, i wonder how long it will take for your little organisation to fall apart. ‘’
