CF Lift-off. We will be completing the Lift-Off in house on Saturday December 02nd, 2017. We will be running weightlifting classes at 9-10-11 and group classes at 10-11-12. This will allow for everyone to train together for the max efforts (1 hour) and then join class to follow and complete the WOD (which is released on Thursday night). This will essentially be another #communitywod for the club. Feel free to register online if you wish, but not necessary. This is open to anyone wanting to take part...the more the merrier.
