So refreshing to get to a class at @crossfit_shapesmiths dedicated to gymnastics skills, finally something years of canoeing gives me an advantage with. I've missed being on the rings! What goes into your recovery shake? Scoffing blueberries while I throw mine together, I manage to cram around 4-5 portions of fruit and veg into every shake with #promaxlean #strawberry. As well as some added nuts and seed mix for fats to help me absorb as many nutrients as possible! ...and incase you are wondering yes I've read every single one of those books front to back.
