Would love to see more about your Pokemon AU!! Will we get to see everyone in the main cast with their own pokemons? Would love to see what you come up with for minor characters as well :D (Feldspar, Arianna, Frederic, Calliope, Gothel, some more of the villagers, so on)
Also, does anyone have a full pokemon team instead of just one companion? Would love to know their team as well!
What about gym leaders? Do they exist in this?

I'm glad my little sprinkling of Pokémon is giving anyone else even a modicum of joy. I do have at least one Pokémon companion for everyone in the main cast. From Pascal to Owl to Maximus, all our favorite animal companions are now Pokémon. I do wanna give other characters some Pokémon as well but I haven't gotten that far yet!
As for the idea of a full team, no one is necessarily a Pokémon trainer. I think the only person who would have a full team with the intention of battling would be Cassandra!
As for gyms and whatnot I am cooking up an idea for what the regions' gyms might look like and where you would find the typical leader per kingdom.

I think Max, being a palace horse in the Kingdom of the Sun, would be a Rapidash. He's big, bold, and bright! I think we can all enjoy the hijinks between him and Eugene as well seeing as you can only ride a Rapidash if they allow you to, otherwise their fire would burn.
