Offerings by Stephen McParlin Via Flickr: The crypt of the Lady Chapel at Glastonbury still has an altar in use. The conflicting myriads of symbols, and the history of the site over centuries means that not all of those who pray here are praying to the same deity. Glastonbury may be among the oldest Christian sites in Britain, but it is also symbolic of the dissolution of the monasteries (Henry VIII hanged the last abbot in 1536), the Grail, Arthurian legend and pre-Christian myth. Shot with time expired Kodak 400 colour film. I'd had it on my shelf since my last SLR camera died, and it was time to use it.
