The longest shift of Ravi's life had finally come to an end and there was no relief to be found in it as he goes through the motions of closing down the truck solo. Any other day and he would have had something to say about Sola taking off like a bat out of hell but on that one, he accepted that the fault for that rested squarely with him.
( He wonders if she would have even shown up if not for the blackout. )
The sight of one Maverick Liu only sets him on edge, his dismissal earlier at his girlfriend's request had been welcomed by Ravi even if it did mean Sola had gone most of the day without speaking to him directly.
He doesn't look angry -- he's not sure he's ever seen him look angry before to be able to tell -- so he makes a guess for why he was there if not to punch him in the face.
"She's not here if you're looking for her. She took off about a half hour ago."
