Matronalia is a coming-of-age celebration and debutante ball for Omegas. It is where they meet their potential mate. It takes place on or after an Omega's 18th birthday. This celebration marks a significant milestone in the lives of Omegas, as it signifies their readiness for marriage and starting a family. It is also where the young Omega meets potential Alpha suitors. A priest would come to the party to bless the Omega with the faith of Venus Bellona. Matronalias are organized by the Sisterhood of Viridis and overseen by the Matrons, who play an essential role in guiding and preparing the young Omegas for their future roles as wives and mothers.

The Omega would be showered with gifts, jewelry, desserts, and amulets. All of the food and desserts are pomegranate-based, such as molasses, cupcakes, sorbet, glazed salmon, etc.

There are key differences between tamed Omegas and those who came from Alpha-Omega households.

Tamed

For recently tamed Omegas, their Matronalia is organized by the Sisterhood of Viridis. The celebration would take place in a private venue to accommodate all tamed Omegas. They would wear red dresses that came from luxury brands, such as Ivoire. On the day of the Matronalia, the Omega would be taken to a nearby temple dedicated to Venus Bellona, accompanied by the Matrons, Trainers, and Teachers. There, a priest would perform a special blessing ceremony to invoke the blessings of Venus Bellona upon the Omega's life journey. Afterwards, they go to the venue where they are greeted by fellow tamed Omegas and Alpha households. Community leaders, government officials, and religious figures would attend the event to welcome them. This is also the opportunity to set their Alpha children to the Omega. Some considered this kind of Matronalia to be a celebration of the tamed Omegas' integration into society.
