DU™️ #Repost @byrkelou ・・・ Already while I was studying physics I tried to visualize concepts like superposition or parts of Quantumn Dynamics in order to understand how they exist. I always saw mathematical equations visually as lines and constructs and a complex formula can really make you feel your brain reaches the end of its capacity and I love this feeling. There is a short film on mathematics and the senses which I really recommend watching, it’s called “Colours of Math”. In my art I often try to visually and sonically explore mathematics and how it manifests in the world - be it the world designed by humans or the non human made world - which still we can only see, understand and communicate through the filters humanity provides us with. The world we experience as physical world let’s us experience just some possible solutions of mathematical equations. Other solutions can be experienced in virtual realities - (also) in this sense an extended reality. In this process - while studying art and media theory - I started looking at the interplay of sciences, societies and technology; and how the past and present contribute to creating the future - or not. 📸@anachephoto 🙏 #artandscience #mathematicsart #contemporaryart #artandtechnology #digitalart #colorsofmath #virtualreality #epistemology https://www.instagram.com/p/CoGJGNCyRvt/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
