Ingredients: . Crepe Batter: 150g pancake mix 1 egg 400cc milk 20cc butter, melted . Matcha Whipped Cream: 200ml heavy cream 4 Tbsp sugar 3 Tbsp matcha . A few strawberries matcha for garnish whipped cream for garnish . Directions: 1. Cut strawberries in half. 2. Combine all ‘matcha whipped cream’ ingredients, beat for 8 minutes, then let cool. 3. Combine ‘crepe batter’ ingredients in a bowl. 4. Pour crepe batter in a preheated pan, and, cook both sides in medium heat. 5. Allow the cooked crepes to cool. 6. Layer each crepe, then apply matcha whipped cream on top, repeat 4 times, then roll. 7. Repeat the same procedure, now with 5 crepes, then insert the first roll inside, before rolling everything together into one big roll. 8. Cut the roll into slices, top with whipped cream garnish, matcha powder, and strawberries. .
