Enjoy these rich dark cocoa brownies that are gluten-free and come with a delicious matcha frosting. These brownies are rich and fudgy, and they're great for people who can't have gluten.
Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder. 1/2 cup coconut oil melted. 1 cup coconut sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 2-3 tbsp almond milk. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan. Put the gluten-free all-purpose flour, dark cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Melt the coconut oil and add the coconut sugar to another bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients well. When you add the eggs and vanilla extract to the wet mix, mix it well until it's smooth. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones one at a time and mix them together until a thick batter forms. Add the chocolate chips that don't contain dairy and mix them in. Spread out the brownie batter in the baking pan that has been prepared. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs on it. Let the brownies cool for ten minutes in the pan, then move them to a wire rack to cool all the way through. Mix the matcha powder, powdered sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl with a whisk. This will make the matcha frosting. Make any necessary changes to the milk to get the consistency you want. Spread the matcha frosting on top of the brownies after they are completely cool. Your gluten-free Dark Cocoa Brownies with Matcha Frosting are ready to be served. Cut them into squares and enjoy!
