Skit on how to handle oneself at job interview goes viral

KUALA LUMPUR, March 5, 2015:

A video about how to conduct oneself during a job interview by vlogger Mat Luthfi  —  a video blogger — went viral just days after it was uploaded on YouTube.

The video, 2 minutes and 41 seconds in length, gained more than 52,650 views after it went up on Monday.

The video link on his Facebook page, Matluthfi90, had gained 8,814 likes with 3,993 shares as of this afternoon.

Titled Be Yourself in a Job Interview, the skit teaches how to shine in an interview with a hilarious Mat Luthfi trying to stay honest and true to himself at a job interview, with constant reference to his idol — Youth and Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.

He played both the job seeker and employer in the video.

Khairy made a special appearance towards the end of the video.

The Rembau lawmaker acted as an employer who is about to interview the local YouTube personality and asked the latter why he wasn’t “tall, dark and handsome”.

This was in apparent reference to one of Khairy’s tweets on Korean pop stars during the controversy over tudung-clad fans being hugged by a Korean pop star at a concert.

KJ yakin Mat Luthfi boleh jadi 'Tall, Dark and Handsome'

KUALA LUMPUR, 4 Mac: 

Menteri Belia dan Sukan, Khairy Jamaluddin sekali lagi berjaya menarik perhatian golongan belia dengan lawak dan aksi bersahajanya.

Terbaru, beliau berkongsi video yang dimuat naik oleh Vlogger terkemuka Malaysia, Mat Luthfi berkenaan temuduga mencari kerja.

Video berdurasi 2 minit 41 saat itu turut menampilkan Khairy sebagai watak ‘cameo’ kepada jalan cerita berkenaan.

Apa yang berjaya mencuit hati penonton melalui video tersebut adalah penampilan bersahaja Khairy yang berlakon menerima pekerja untuk ditemu duga.

“Oh..Mat Luthfi, silakan duduk (please, have a seat).

“Mat Luthfi, kenapa awak (you) ni tak tinggi, gelap dan kacak (tall, dark and handsome) ye? ,” memetik dialog Ahli Parlimen Rembau itu di dalam video berkenaan.

Video berkenaan dimuat naik di Youtube pada 2 Mac lalu dengan jumlah penonton sebanyak 12, 858 setakat hari ini.

Manakala di Facebook Khairy sendiri, video yang dikongsikan beliau telah mendapat 2,911 Like dan 167 perkongsian selepas 23 minit dimuat naik.
