I remember the day I quit my last job, i was a server in a restaurant. I was called into the office to get written up about ringing in a bad order. I didn’t add tomatoes to someones sandwich. lol I felt ridiculous that they would go through that just to have something on me. I remember thinking “I don’t need this, Im already doing well with my ART, wouldn’t it be cool if I said F you, F you, youre cool, IM OUT!!” so I believe the words i said were: “unless you rip this write up warning, and give me a raise, I am going to walk out of here”. The managers were caught off guard and started to imply maybe I was right, and that I didn’t have to quit. So they decided to forget about the write up. I saw that as my cue, and I walked out.
