Maserati 5000 GT Allemano Coupe (1961-1964)

From 1959 to 1964 only 33 copies of the Maserati 5000 GT were produced. The most common body (22 pieces) was the 2 + 2 coupe from Carrozzeria Allemano, first presented at the 1961 Turin Motor Show under the name Coupe Indianapolis (in honor of Maserati's Indy 500 victory). Designed by designer Giovanni Michelotti, it featured rectangular headlights, a rectangular radiator grille and a panoramic rear window.
