I gave you two outfits one more casual, one more formal/dressed up. The more formal one is inspired by the blouse I put there because it is so pretty I had to. For this I can see it being paired with a blue cardigan if required by the weather or a long coat for fall weather. For the more casual option I chose a different coloured skirt other than blue for a bit of variety but you can pair it with a light washed denim jacket to add in the element of blue desired :) I think both options can look good with a blue head scarf and I gave you two choices of bags and shoes!
