Tranquility Cocktail

2 oz. Jinro Soju

1 oz. Daishichi Sake

2 oz. Marukan Ponzu Premium Sudachi Citrus Marinade

Splash of Yuzu Juice

Crab and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Marukan Lite Rice Vinegar Dressing

2 avocados

8 oz. cooked crab meat or cooked baby shrimp

2 stalks celery, finely chopped

3 Tbsp minced onion

1 Tbsp mayonnaise

1/8 tsp dill weed

dash of white pepper

Preparation:

Have avocados lengthwise; remove pit and save skin halves. 

Sprinkle 1 Tbsp vinegar dressing over dice avocado. Combine crab, celery, onion, mayonnaise, dill, pepper and remaining vinegar; mix well. 

Spoon into cavity of each avocado half.
