Ingredients: 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted. Stir in the granulated sugar and mix until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, and stir until smooth. In another bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until the batter is well combined. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
