Ok but have you considered. aromantic bluestar. her and oakheart are a fling based mostly on attraction and she later realizes that she feels happier in a platonic partnership with Thrushpelt. It might be silly, but from what I've heard (I havent read bluestar's prophecy in a while) bluestar didnt seem to initially want a mate and kits? I'm not sure. But anyways I just think its neat :] -marshingmallows

safkjl i love it. i always kind of hated that bluestar and oakheart reconnected in starclan like...they spent like, one night together. this definitely checks with bluestar's prophecy.
after she gives the kits to oakheart i'm pretty sure she basically never thinks about him ever again.
this is my new favorite headcanon.
