28.  Do you multitask while watching movies? What else do you do? 

Not unless we’ve seen the film a lot otherwise we get distracted and miss everything. We need to concentrate as we lose focus quite easily.

34. Worst movie you watched for a favorite actor or director?

Hmm it’s probably some horror film we watched for William Russell which he was only in for five mins before being killed off! And one time we watched a really boring horror film for him only to realise we’d got the title mixed up or something and he wasn’t even in it! Doh!

Also when we watched a really crappy film once just for Evan Williams. It was about him dressing up as bigfoot to scare people and he was playing some dude type. That was an experience but it was quite funny really. We don’t object to watching any ‘bad’ film with our fave actors because you usually just have a laugh with it.

41. Worst looking movies you’ve ever seen?

This is difficult because it’s hard to think of any that look bad because we don’t always care about that sort of thing. We recognise beauty in things but if it looks meh than we’re probably concentrating on good things about the film to compensate. But from a personal preference we really don’t like the look of anything overly CGI, like we don’t mind a bit but when it’s too much, we just don’t like it. We remember watching ‘The Great and Powerful Oz’ and just really not liking the way it looked when he got to Oz. And also the Tim Burton ‘Alice in Wonderland’ in places just didn’t appeal to us.

8 is from the fucking fabulous They Made Me A Fugitive [1947]

which is one of my Top Five Trev Films (er, how have I only got one gif of this film??? probs because it dates from The Time Before I Learned To Gif). It’s a corker of a post-war british noir that looks amazing (dp Otto Heller ftw) and doesn’t shy away from black comedy and grimness. 

I first read Men At Arms as a small child, then went back and read whichever books I could get my hands on. As I grew up the books were still being released so I was reading them as they were released from around The Truth. But Men At Arms will always be very special to me - if i think of it I think of evening sun and happy childhood times and warmth. In fact im gonna go reread it now 

That’s such a delightful feeling to associate with a book, especially one like Men at Arms; I love that you can pick up a specific book and feel your happy place so strongly. It’s such a good one for that too; we’re all being introduced to these new characters, many of whom are being introduced to each other -- plus that book has some amazing jokes.

1. You have to choose one to erase from their series! Who do you pick?

Ok, I'm going to pick the Doctor. If you erase the Doctor from Doctor Who, presumably you get a timey-wimey paradox that falls in on itself, or a million Claras pop up to put it right or whatever, but it's the safest way to assume everything goes un-erased in the end.

2. Who would you rather run into in a dark alley at night?

Seven. Either of them would be fine, but if it was a bad moment, I wouldn't want to get involved with any nitro 9 accidents, thanks. Although, if I met Seven in a dark alley way, he'd probably planned it that way, so is it even my decision????

3. Who would you save from a burning building? Who would be more likely to save you from a burning building?

Ace would save me from the burning building, because the Doctor wouldn't because he would know that Ace would.

I would save the Doctor, probably, because he would be able to save Ace and the burning building and me after that, one way or another. Probably...

4. Who would win in a dance-off?

Seven. Ace would think it'd be her, but several hours later, he's still going, and she's knackered and besides they only do two basic moves down the youth club disco.

5. They swap bodies for 24 hours! How badly do they mess up (or improve) each other's lives?

Look, Ace wants to draw a line at how far some people will go to educate her, thank. ;-p

No, improvement, just Wednesday with the Doctor. I should think they both save the day, get the bad guy, swap back, and then both suffer some kind of trauma from the process.

There was a bad moment for a while, though, because Ace-as-the-Doctor's pockets contained many things, but the nitro was in the Doctor-as-Ace's backback and he was still refusing to use it.
