Marigold and Mason (The Mediogre) met and began dating while in college. After college, she worked at BLANDO back when the company was very new.

The two never married, but had Pin in their mid-twenties.

Shortly after Pin was born, The Mediogre broke up with Marigold and gained custody of him. Thanks to his growing power The Mediogre was able to get the court to completely deny Marigold visitation of her son.

Marigold quit her job at BLANDO shortly after and Pin knows virtually nothing about her because The Mediogre never talks about her or answers questions when asked.

Did he ever actually love her? No one knows.

Pin got his horrid eyesight from both Marigold and The Mediogre.

Marigold's weasel traits, such as her nose and legs, are dominant, which is why Pin has them as well.

Pin got his spiky, brown hair, pointed ears, little tail, and greasy, bad skin from The Mediogre.
