Iāve tried to reblog a lot of spectacular art recently and I realized that this blog has been blocked by a lot of other blogs, and I think I know why... Thereās so much great Sonelise art and other Sonic content out there, but because I love Shadaria, it feels like itās cursed me. I genuinely want to ask... is Shadaria really considered that obscene or taboo? To me, itās one of the cutest and sweetest ships in the fandom.
And please, Iām asking politely: donāt use the ābecause theyāre siblingsā argument. Iām exhausted to death by that take. Thereās a lot of nuance in Shadow and Mariaās relationship that's open to interpretation. What I see between them doesnāt fit the sibling dynamic at all.
I just wish people wouldnāt judge my whole blog based on one ship. Iām not hurting anyoneāIām actually really shy and friendly. Iām here because I love Sonic, I love the fandom, I love other ships, and I just want to enjoy the things that make me happy.
Anyway, thatās all I wanted to say. I just wish folks wouldnāt block me over a ship I genuinely find adorable.
