The Story Is Fantastic, The Voice Acting Is Top Notch, I Just Absolutely Love This Episode And Any Batman Series That Doesn't Have Freeze Like This, Should Just Not Have Have Him In It, As Without This Motivation For The Character, There's Just No Point...
