Learning lots of languages has opened so many doors for me and has allowed me to live so many experiences that I couldn’t have had if I only spoke French. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to learn all those languages and now to travel so much! I hope this story can motivate some of you to keep learning :)

Video 3. Bolivia Rural . 

            Once we arrived in Potolo, we discovered it was their fiesta.  All the alojamientos in town were booked, so we were told to go camp in the plaza next to the police station.  On any other day of the year this probably would have been nice, but during fiesta week, the fun don’t stop ‘til 6 in the moa-nin’!  Bolivians sure love to fiesta.  It was Huayno music blasting, people yelling and laughing, and the occasional (probably drunkard) teen throwing rocks at our tent.  Although we didn’t sleep much, we were happy we made it to a safe spot and that we were where we needed to be to catch the early morning bus back to Sucre.
